Project aims at introducing biometric capable technology for use in automating the entire attendance system for the students pursuing courses at an educational institute. The goal can be disintegrated into finer sub-targets; fingerprint capture transfer, fingerprint image processing and wireless transfer of data in a server-client system. For each sub-task, various methods from literature are analyzed. From the study of the entire process, an integrated approach is proposed. Biometrics based technologies are supposed to be very efficient personal identifiers as they can keep track of characteristics believed to be unique to each person. Among these technologies, Fingerprint recognition is universally applied. It extracts minutia- based features from scanned images of fingerprints made by the different ridges on the fingertips. By doing this, they could gain recognition from the society and world. A common trait usually found in entrepreneurship is the nature of struggling and building confidence. I personally believe that refugees view the world more closely and analyze things with real-world facts. However, I could successfully deal with this particular factor since from my observation, I must say that nature of dealing with risks and treating them as an opportunity for developing the business is the major characteristic of entrepreneurship. In addition, the confidence is another thing, which I will consider; since I have experienced that entrepreneurs have greater level of confidence. (2012), failure is also one of the important parts of business; the entrepreneurs need to analyze the aspects failure. Thus, they could generate new ideas to overcome the challenge and build the business. In this context, Ionit (2012) added that failure is also a secret to success, as some of the effective ideas emerged from the ashes of shuttered business. The information gathered for the report helps me to learn about the flexibility in business. It is evident that business environment has always been dynamic environment in nature; thus, the marketers or the entrepreneurs need to gain flexibility. Flexibility could help to deal with challenging environment. I have also observed that entrepreneurs have the ability to experience the things that are hiding around each turn. It becomes easier for entrepreneurs to analyze those things and take initiatives. The completion of my course also helps me to gain knowledge about financial management. The money management skills could help me to utilize the financial resources. As mentioned by Bettiol, Di Maria and Finotto (2012), financial management skills are required to make right investment in business. On the other side, poor financial management skills such as overspreading, improper allocation of funds to less important tasks may ruin the business. Apart from entrepreneurial skills and characteristics, I will also pay attention to development and variety of products. I observed many cases, where the marketers failed to meet the objectives due to poor knowledge of implementing marketing strategies. As mentioned by Priem, Li and Carr (2012) a business should be established for meeting the needs and demand of people along with the purpose of meeting organizational goals and objectives. Several stories of entrepreneurs make me realize the major purpose of entrepreneurs. I have observed that entrepreneurship marketing is entirely not about a single marketing strategy; rather it is more about the marketing spirit, which could differentiate itself from conventional marketing. I could utilize a toolkit of new as well as unorthodox form of marketing to help the emerging organizations in gaining a foothold in the competitive market. In addition, I will rely on my visionary and creative marketing concept. This could help me to identify the opportunities for enhancing the business more effectively. There have been some other characteristics associated with entrepreneurship such as pro-activeness, innovativeness, customer intensity, value creation and others (Hall et al. 2012) However, my aim is to focus more on innovation and value creation since the dynamic nature of industries made people search for uniqueness. In this context, Chaston and Scott (2012) commented that the people around the world have always accepted innovation in products and services and the entrepreneurs successfully adopt innovation in their business. As a result, they end up gaining a huge of amount of profit and developing the definition of business. I have identified that despite the creative ideas and developed traits of entrepreneurship, most of the starters fail to implement the ideas due to lack of finance. Unlike every entrepreneur, I will focus on donation through crowd funding, several fundraisers and financial loans. I may consider a funding organization such as Universal Funding to maximize the cash flow. In addition, there have been three different major legal issues that I may have to deal with are the issue of structuring the business while incorporating, issue of validating the licenses and the required protection for the business in respect to patents, copyrights and trademark. Thus, in order to gaining the understanding of incorporating the business, I could take help from the lawyers in deciding about the correct direction in respect to taxation and other liability protection issues. The result was a militarycoup in 1923 lead by Miguel Primo de Rivera. Rivera preferred amore direct way of governing, with a strong Christian base and avery anti-communist attitude. He did not like party politics,preferring to govern pragmatically, at first with a militarycabinet, but later on (1926) he decided a systematic governmentwould be more efficient. So he introduced the `National Assembly’intended to represent different classes and groups, probably tosoften the opposition; as well as the Union Patriotica, created tomobilize popular support for his regime. Rivera also managed to strengthen the Spanish infra-structure,but the funding had to come from loans from other nations, becausethe upper classes would not accept a overhaul in the taxationsystem. He also managed to encourage industrial growth, which didwork to a certain extent because of many internal problems, and thebig depression. These financial and political, as well as social difficultiesled his regime to end in 1930 because it was unable to stop theattacks from the left, as well as attacks from the reluctantmilitary (who did not like his ideas of officer minimalisation). The next elections were won by the republicans, led by Azana,without too much difficulty. The Republic lasted 8 years beforeanother military coup, led by general Franco, took over thegovernment. The Republic tried to set out major reforms, intending torestructure the whole of Spain. The eight-hour working day was setup, as well as a reduction of officers in the armed forces (by theform of early retirement). Voting rights were given to people atthe age of 23, the nobility was abolished and, severe measures weretaken against the Church, especially religious education(considered, in a way, a form of propaganda). The region ofCatalonia was given some self-governing privileges, like thecontrol of it’s own police. The problem was that these reformsseemed to be too severe to the right-winged opposition and theprivileged classes. So in 1933, Azana’s government fell after being defeated bythe general elections. The new government was actually a series ofcoalitions which set out to undo all the reforms produced by theformer republican government. This lead to conflicts between whatnow could be called the two main â€Å"fronts†. These two camps werethe Popular Front (consisting of Communists, Socialist, Anarchists,etc.), and the National Front (consisting of right-winged partiesand other conservative institutions, such as the Church and theFalange). These parties fought for the next elections after theformer coalition government dissolved. The Popular Front won these elections, and so once again,Azana came into power. He tried, once again, to set out all hisprevious reforms. He also exiled Franco, who was considered thegreatest threat to the new government. The problem with the newgovernment though, was that it was (in the eyes of the opposition)drifting too far into communism. The National Front could notstand it any longer, so a military coup was hatched, lead by Francoto overthrough the government. Franco’s regime proved quite successful. He managed toovercome internal disputes and balance the different Nationalistgroups; he left the question of monarchy open to the carlists andalso favored and encouraged a more influential Church. Even thoughhis government had a tough time during the 1940’s with regards toit’s status (problems becoming a member of the united nations),other nations saw Spain become, in their eyes, a more â€Å"softernation†, this improved it’s foreign dealings, mainly because of thefact that the cold war had started. A great success was the 1953 Madrid Pact between Spain and theU.S.A, which provided Spain with quite a substantial amount ofmilitary and monetary aid in return for access to it’s militarybases. This pact, as well as the better relations between Spainand the other powers and the great stability brought about becauseof the enormous repression that came with his regime, led Spain tobooming years during the 1960’s. The Spanish people saw a better Spain, economically, but itwas still in a very primitive state politically and sociallycompared to other european nations, who were not under militaryrule (with a few exceptions, of course). The end of the Francoregime left many scars in the social and political side of Spain. People had been submitted to a suppressive state, where very littleregard for any basic human right was given.
